WHY KATIE WRITES
It all started with words for Katie Boué. As a student of Florida State University’s prestigious Creative Writing program, Boué cultivated a passion for traveling writing and using creative storytelling to share her adventurous lifestyle. In the many years since, she has developed her voice to be a powerful tool for taking complex legislative policy and public lands/sustainability issues, and distilling them into accessible, digestible content that any outdoorist can understand and learn from. Combining captivating stories with important political and community issues is an art form that Boué continually hones and enjoys taking assignments for.
